Like car insurance, health insurance is a service you pay for but hope you will never need. It's there for the unpredictable, unexpected and fundamentally uncontrollable problems that come up in people's lives. Most consumers want and value health insurance, but they can't afford the coverage or have been shut out from the marketplace because they have pre-existing medical conditions. Based on our research, we have devised a plan that addresses the three big issues: cost containment, improving health outcomes, and providing access to health insurance.
CostEveryone in America will have free national health care. This will be paid for through taxes. The taxes are only deducted from people who wish to have national health insurance. This tax will be reasonable and based on the income of the household.
ACCESSIBILITYNo one will be denied the national health care. No matter previous medical conditions or mistakes on forms, everyone will be accepted. Also, no one can be dropped because of a disease or disability they develop. People who choose to can have the alternative of private health care where they can see private doctors and visit special offices.

CareThe care will be given in a timely manner and the quality of the care will be the same whether one has national or private health care. The care providers should do their best to avoid long waiting periods and make sure that everyone gets the care that they need. A big issue is seen that cities do not get quick care but whether the nation has free health care or not, cities will more likely have longer waiting periods because of the number of people in the city. This healthcare would provide medical, ortho, dental, optic. and otolary care.

Incentives will encourage patients to live healthy life styles, and physicians to provide healthcare to the best of their abilities. This system will encourage doctors by stating that the pay of the doctors will depend on the care that they provide, and how well their patient is after the visit. Patients who attend their yearly appointments, such as physicals and teeth cleanings, will be taxed a small amount less than those who chose to avoid these important appointments.
